These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Athelog ("the App"), operated by Athelog ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Athelog. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
We support Sign In with Apple and email/password authentication. You may not create accounts using automated means or on behalf of another person without authorization.
Athelog offers a monthly subscription ("Athelog Pro") that unlocks premium features including Apple Watch logging, advanced analytics, unlimited templates, social feed access, leaderboards, and shareable cards.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price changes. Continued use of Athelog Pro after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Certain features of Athelog are available without a subscription, including basic workout logging and access to free training programs. We reserve the right to modify what is included in the free tier at any time.
You agree not to use Athelog to:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
You may submit workout data, profile information, profile photos, and other content ("User Content") through the App. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the App's services.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
Athelog Pro includes social features such as a public feed, follower/following relationships, and leaderboards. By participating in social features, you acknowledge that your username, rank, strength score, and workout summaries may be visible to other users. You may adjust your privacy settings within the App.
Athelog is not a medical service. The App provides tools for tracking fitness activity. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or health issue that arises from workouts tracked or suggested through the App.
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and other materials in Athelog are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Athelog and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Athelog at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at talan@fenixai.co.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
